TextPower “TPI” Service Description
After you register for the TPI program, all further SMS text messages will be sent strictly on an opt-in basis. If you have opted in, you can still choose to opt out at any point thereafter.
Short Code Information: All TextPower TPI services are originated from short code . You will never receive any content from TextPower TPI from any other source. If you do receive content from another source stating to be TextPower TPI please call 888-818-1808.
IF YOU ARE A UTILITY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCING AN OUTAGE, YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR UTILITY/POWER PROVIDER DIRECTLY. TEXTPOWER IS A VENDOR THAT PROVIDES SERVICES TO YOUR UTILITY AND CANNOT HELP YOU RESOLVE OUTAGE ISSUES.

Opt In/Opt-Out info: To opt into (start service) TPI send "TPI" to . To opt out (stop service) from TextPower TPI, send a text message with the word "STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE” to from your mobile phone and we will unsubscribe you from our service. You will not receive any additional text messages via your mobile phone.

TextPower TPI is an alert service. No more than 3 messages/week will be sent.

TextPower's TPI services are compatible with all major cell carriers including Alltel, AT&T, Boost Mobile, Cellcom, Cellular One, Cellular South, Cincinnati Bell, Cricket, nTelos, Sprint PCS, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile and many smaller rural carriers that participate in the Interop3 network.
